The Information We Collect and How We Use That Information

During your interactions with the Site, including when you provide any self-reported information, Your Audition Network collects personally identifiable information or other nonpublic personal information from you. The type of self-reported information we may collect includes, without limitation: First and Last Name; City; State; Address; Zip Code; Work Phone; Home Phone; Best Time to Call and Email Address. We may also collect aggregate, anonymous, statistical data, such as usage, traffic patterns and user demographics based on your self-reported data. We collect this information in order to, among other things, provide you with or assist in the provision of information, services and/or products offered by Your Audition Network or third parties ("Vendors") by or through the Site.

Electronically Produced Data

• Cookies. Your Audition Network may use cookies and other tools to collect information about how you use the Site ("Cookie Information"). A cookie is a small, unique text file that a website can send to your computer hard drive when you visit a site. We use both session cookies, which terminate when a user closes his or her browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on the user's computer until manually deleted. Among other things, this information allows us to track statistics and trends on an aggregate basis.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer-sensitive data.
